HEYS~should really tell you guys how AWESOME today's activity is...
Ya right awesome~
you know i was think throught the night whether i will be the only one turning up for activity....
Since you all ....all sick........
then Luowei and Siewkei going for drill course.......
So ya....
Only me, Chelsea, Yiteng turn up . one third of the squad nya~
We got combined PT and drills .
And guess what... PT we ran 7 rounds including of the warm up one....circuit quite slack la
